Getting started
We have new people starting every week so please just turn up on any Monday night and join in the fun.
Most people come dressed casually, so just wear whatever you're comfortable in.
Please wear shoes that have a smooth sole as this will allow you to spin more easily.
Trainers are not a good idea.
